Hospital Manager

  • Supervise daily operations of VROC, including all staff.
  • Provide a primary point of contact through which all questions, comments, concerns and issues can be escalated to address the needs of the hospital.
  • Validate adequate training resources and protocols for leads and staff.
  • Audit and oversee inventory for all hospital supplies required.
  • Manage all HR needs of the hospital.
  • Monitor and maintain hospital expenses and vendor relations.
  • Ensure all daily responsibilities across all necessary roles within VROC are completed.
  • Oversee scheduling of all staff to maximize coverage and minimize overtime approval of time off requested.
  • Achieve targets for all identified and documented hospital KPIs.
  • Manage key HR functions including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance evaluations, recruiting, employee wellness and crisis management.
  • Control expense management and adhere to set budget thresholds.
  • Mediate interdepartmental conflicts to ensure patient safety and care is always prioritized.
  • Organize an agenda for VROC recurring staff meetings and implement staff wellbeing initiatives.
  • Resolve high-level client concerns with superlative customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain controlled drug inventory in the Cubex, to ensure DEA compliance.
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintenance to ensure necessary functionality.
  • CVPM is nice to have, not required.
  • Preferred 3 years experience as a practice manager.
  • Organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Approachable and accountable leader.
